Abstract :
A kind of intelligent control with reduced energy is presented for a dust trap system of a boiler. A basic output value is given via a basic controller, and the value of smoke quantities produced in different steps can be predicted by a BP network, then the work points of the system can be changed easily and the regulation of the rotational speed of the dust trap fans and dreggy pumps as well as the required water quantity of the dust trap system can be adjusted. The impact of the dust trap system in different steps can be compensated via a fuzzy controller. The practical application shows the method is a good way to reduce the energy cost of the dust trap system
