Abstract :
Since the model of thickening process is difficult to build, an intelligent control scheme is suggested for optimal operation of the process. The scheme effectively deals with the nonlinear and coupling characteristics inherent in the thickening process. The practical operating result in a gold mine concentrator shows the correctness and validity of this intelligent control scheme
