Abstract :
Dual-stage servos with multiple milli or micro actuators are proposed as an effective way to increase the servo performance for higher track density of hard disk drives (HDDs) at high rotational speed. In this work, we mainly deal with the interaction problem between the micro actuators, which is formulated based on its influence on the positioning accuracy.
