Abstract :
In this paper, in order to compare the relationship between carbon nanomaterials structure and emission properties, carbon nanomaterials were synthesized and catalytically grown in methanol using cobalt (Co) catalyst on silicon substrates. The grown material morphology was observed using SEM and was changed by growth temperature. The crystallinity of the carbon nanomaterials was measured by laser Raman spectroscopy. Field electron emission characteristics of the grown carbon nanomaterials were measured using diode-type electrodes in a high-vacuum chamber.
