  • Abstract
    In this paper, alpha-Fe2O3 nanotips are successfully synthesized by thermal oxidation of iron film on ITO glass. The preparation method is simple and scalable for large area preparation. The alpha-Fe2O3 nanotips could be a promising field emitter for FED application after further optimization of field emission properties.
