            Abstract : 
We report a new OSNR monitoring method of DPSK/DQPSK signals, which analyzes the RF spectrum obtained by the self-heterodyne detection. The performance of this technique is not affected by the polarization scrambling or fiber dispersion (both CD and PMD).
