Abstract :
In this paper, field emission characteristics in relation to structural properties of Marimo carbon were investigated. The morphology of the grown carbon was investigated using SEM and TEM was used for investigation of fibriform nanomaterials fine structure. Emission current was measured as a function of anode voltage. Results showed that spherical shape like as "Marimo" was observed with fibriform nanomaterials. Short- and long-range ordered and disordered structured graphene sheets were observed relative to reactant gas, CH4 and C2H4 used. Field emission characteristics obtained was simple and stable.
