Abstract :
The temporal database is represented using time stamps. A temporal mediator is designed to work on clinical temporal database. The temporal database stores the data related of the patients suffering from type 1 diabetes mellitus disease. The clinical mediator captures the blood glucose concentration of the diabetic patient and suggests the therapy based on clinical guidelines. In this paper we show the variation in blood glucose concentration of the patient related to meal intake and physical exercise. The result shows that, the clinical mediator successfully captures the blood glucose profile of the patient and can be used for therapeutic guidelines and diagnosis for assisting expert physicians and diabetic patients.
