Abstract :
Preparation and characterization of large-area vacuum microelectronic arrays using nanoemitters is a challenge in the field of vacuum micro/nanoelectronics, and their potential application in functional devices such as flat panel display and imaging remains an attractive topic. The issues concerned include: i) design of device microstructure and integration of nanoemitters with desirable microstructures, ii) uniformity of nanoemitter and their uniform emission, iii) low driving voltage and high display brightness, and iv) life time and stability over time.
