Abstract :
Largemotor constant isnecessary for linearactuators (LAs) usedin factory automation equipment to realize the miniaturization and the high respondency. This paper describes the comparison of the motor constant between a trial LA and convcntional linear motors, the trial LA is designed by using permeance method and finite element method in order to actualize these demands.
