Abstract :
Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have several features such as high aspect ratio, chemical stability, and mechanical strength. Because of these features, CNTs are expected to be a material for emitters of field emission displays (FEDs) or other field emission products. In this study, relationships between the field emission characteristics of printed CNT cathodes and the diameters of CNTs were investigated.
