Abstract :
In this paper, we report the magneto-optical properties of TbFeCo film with perpendicular magnetization deposited by sputtering on a nano-structured polycarbonate substrate prepared by injection moulding. The nano-structured substrate enhanced the Kerr effect of TbFeCo film while there doesn´t seem to have a change in the perpendicular anisotropy. From these results, the substrate will be one of the candidates for the hybrid recording/reading.
