Abstract :
The distribution of relief materials involves facility location and transportation mode selection. From the viewpoint of integrated optimization in emergency logistics systems, a multiobjective optimization model for location-transportation problem is proposed to minimize the total transportation time and the total system loss. A bidimensional matrix encoding and nondominated sort genetic algorithm is proposed. The results of a numerical example show that the algorithm is reliable and can output the Pareto front. Finally, the complexity of the proposed algorithm is analyzed in term of time consumption.
