Abstract :
A monitoring method for solution plasma was developed using infrared spectroscopy in “in-situ” multiple internal reflection geometry (“in-situ” MIR-IRAS). We “in-situ” monitored the changes in chemical bonding configuration of solution with “in-situ” MIR-IRAS. The CH3 in the molecules of the solution was preferentially decomposed due to solution plasma generation.
