Abstract :
Home Appliance Going Rural policy is an important measure of promoting the construction of new socialist countryside, improving farmers´ living quality, expanding rural consumption and promoting economic growth rapidly. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the regional logistics, takes service costs as the objective function and then establishes the model of multi-distribution center location that fits rural markets under the rural background. Then the model is solved by simulated annealing algorithm to get the optimal location program. Last, it illustrates the adaptability of the model with the example.
