Abstract :
The article studies inventory demand forecast in regional logistics network of retailers, distribution center, and suppliers. It considers the demand difference between distribution center, suppliers and retailers from the perspective of supply chain, and according to different level of demand, determines the relationship between the shortest circuit matrix and demand mapping in regional logistics network, based on which a multi-echelon demand forecasting model is built and the accurate inventory demand of every level is obtained. At last, we prove the correctness and feasibility of the model through a case.
