Abstract
This paper presents turbo coded orthogonal frequency division multiplexing performance which uses fading channel rayleigh distributed. Channel coefficients are generated by jakes method. Iterative decoding causes iteratively transfer of extrinsic LLR which yields correct polarity and realibility of soft decision. The size of block interleaver rules increasing weight codeword and declining bit error floor slope. The result shows that iterative decoding needs three iterations at least for optimum soft decision. The biggest interleaver´s size produces the best bit error rate performance. The last result shows that turbo code produces significantly coding gain for mobile channel modelling.
