Abstract
The competitive advantage of global supply chain integration management mode was derived from patents, technical secrets and other intellectual property acquisition; however, there were some intellectual property problems in the big external environment and small internal supply chain environment, by which the cooperation risks between enterprises were increased. Criteria standardization, monopoly of intellectual property, openness of technical standards and improvement of patent licensing system were researched in this thesis. The corresponding measures and advices were proposed to cope with the Intellectual property ownership, definition and protection problems between supply chain members in the process of global integration.
