  • Abstract
    Coherent-based systems are very good candidates to upgrade 10 Gb/s WDM infrastructures thanks to their high spectral efficiency and unique resistance to linear impairments, but their poor tolerance to nonlinearities at 40 Gb/s has to be considered.
