Abstract :
On the basic of the analysis of the situation of the railway transportation and the keys of the open-pit mining management- producing and outward transportation, choose the key parameters and improved efficacy coefficient method to make quantitative process and analyze the coordination degree between them with the coupling theories. The main contents of the research contain the choice of the system parameters and the standardization of different parameters, and introduce the capacitive coupling theory to make the quantitative analysis of the coordination degree of the system and influence of subsystem and parameters on the system. Moreover, reflect the current production capacity through the test model, the model is confirmed which can be used with reality and the strategies of the enterprise are given.
