  • Abstract
    Due to the structural characteristics of the value chain, there exists great risk. Any problem that occurred in any link would influence the entire value chain. Risk management of value chain will become an important future research direction. This paper summarizes the main risk sources in the value chain and provides their assessment method. The results analyzed from which the counter measures for preventing the value chain risk are suggested.
