  • Abstract
In the paper, takes high college and university in Jiangxi province as an example, based on the survey in the targeted high college and university and systematic analysis on the high college and university actual situation, with the help of the literature review, research methodology and analytical framework of the competitiveness, the paper established the eight influencing factors that acted on high college and university competitiveness, according to the theory of system dynamics, built level-rate units of system dynamics and eight level variable-into-tree models, and classified all the archetypes into four groups according to key influencing factors that play an important role in improving competitiveness of high college and university. At last, the paper built positive feedback archetypes that in accordance with the actual situation of high college and university, which reflect the feedback, dynamical and complicated relation between all influencing factors.
