Abstract
In the paper, takes high college and university in Jiangxi province as an example, based on the survey in the targeted high college and university, with the help of the literature review, research methodology, analysis on the actual situation of high college and university and analytical framework of the competitiveness, the paper established the main influencing factors that acted on high college and university competitiveness, then on the basis of the influencing factors, built level-rate units of system dynamics and level variable-into-tree models based on standardized modeling method-in-trees archetype generating set method, and classified all the archetypes into four groups according to key influencing factors that play an important role in improving competitiveness of high college and university, then proposed the countermeasures of improving competitiveness.
