Abstract :
Warehouse Logistics Management is an important link in the business operation. Due to the lack of the systematic planning and scientific management, problems of incomplete marks, unfixed places for storage and the overlapping in the picking routes, etc. always exist. On top of analyzing the problems existing in the warehousing, the paper will further discuss about replanning or reorganizing of the layout of the warehouse logistics by rezoning goods according to their weight based on the priority principle. It shall establish cost constraint model based on Tabu algorithm and make the simulation research. The research suggests that the improved layout plan of warehouse logistics saves the total cost and drastically enhance the storage efficiency.
