Abstract :
This paper analyzes the logistics mode present situation of Erdos mining area, proposes the “delivery - to take coal” two-way transportation mode, designs the improved genetic algorithm for the problem, establishes the mines VRP - SDP problem mathematical model, uses MATLAB software programming and simulation run, obtains the optimal solution of the problem.
