Abstract :
Due to the rapid popularization of the Internet in China, the amount of online game adolescents is increasing quickly. By employing the questionnaire data of adolescent netizens in Zhejiang, Hunan, and Gansu, the present author measures the structure of adolescents´ online game behaviours. This research discovers many Chinese adolescent netizens participate in online games, the participation proportion of male adolescent netizens is especially high, nearly ninety percent adolescent netizens have played at least one kind of online games in different degrees; and for adolescent netizens, to achieve social interaction and self-upgrading are the mean inclinations of playing online games.
