Abstract
In the 1970s, as an effective and powerful management tool, technology road-mapping was first developed and used to support integrated product technology planning at firm, sector, and national level. Despite the widespread use of road-mapping as a management technique, research in this area is relatively sparse. This paper proposes an idea that industry technology road-mapping is an open complex giant system modeling, a system emergence outcome, a system emergence model based on TRM core competitive is built, and explaining further that industry core competitive comes from a system emergence that key elements are interrelated, interdependent and interacted.
