Abstract :
Biosensors based on the detection of magnetic labels on a chip containing magnetoresistive sensing elements such as spin-valve, GMR and planar Hall effect (PH) sensors, are drawing much attention for the potential applications in biomolecular recognition. In this work, we present a micromagnetic simulation of PH sensor to detect nano-sized labels of magnetic beads (particles).
