Research on evaluation for capability of process innovation in manufacturing enterprises— under IT circumstance

With the widely used IT in manufacturing enterprises, the evaluation on capability of process innovation with IT is becoming increasingly important. The capability of process innovation with IT performs in many aspects, including not only financial but also customer, internal business, learning and growth perspectives. This study constructs an approach based on the balanced scorecard and the analytic hierarchy process for assessing the capability of process innovation with IT in the manufacturing industry in China.
