Abstract :
In this paper, VCC registration and polymer-multiwalled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) composite emitter material thermal destruction during emitting process were investigated. This paper was focused on the so called emission point temperature which was related to thermal degradation for neighboring polymer molecules around CNT. Time of flight mass spectroscopy (TOF-MS) and field emission process were involved for emitter characterizations.
