Abstract :
Evaluation of power enterprise has becoming a focus of electricity industry since market reformation. Operation datum of nine subsidiaries of Inner Mongolia Power Group Co., Ltd was collected. Indexes weights were obtained by AHP. Considering experts´ preferences, it is more reasonable to view weights as random variables. Assessment values of sample were calculated by simulation. Rule ensembles algorithm was applied to fit assessment function. The order of 9 constituent companies showed that the smallest Wuhai Electric Power-Supply Bureau had the most efficiency. Its operation experiences deserve extension.
