Abstract :
For resource coordination and management of large construction machinery in engineering projects, the revised dual node network was used to program the distribution and use of large machinery, and to design the distribution process of network planning. On the basis of rational multitasking allocation with network planning method, the target procedure was tracked and controlled to reach the goal of dynamically dispatching management of large machinery. Also, the coordination method of large machinery between multi-projects was explored. Example was given to show the effectiveness of the method.
