Abstract
Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city is a strategic cooperation project between China and Singapore to build an eco-culture and improve the people´s living environment. In this paper, to ensure this target, some implementation stategies were put froward which including building a sustainable resource using system with intensive development mode, a low-carbon eco-industrial system cycle, a safe and healthy environment system and a people-oriented, livable and friendly environment system.
