Abstract :
OBSearch is a similarity search engine written in the Java programming language. Features such as a built-in object cache and an embedded multi-objective optimization engine for configuring index parameters provide performance and convenience. OBSearch offers additional optimizations by employing code generation on critical parts of the program. Furthermore, an extensive test-bed guarantees the quality of the implementation. Our main objective is to build an easy to use index that provides performance and flexibility in a single machine or in the cloud.
