Abstract :
In this paper, we present a study on the FeCoN/NiFe laminated thin films prepared by magnetron sputtering as writer pole materials. The advantage of FeCoN/NiFe laminated thin film is that not only the soft properties are achieved but also it is possible to make a thick high moment magnetic layer with good thermal stability.
