Abstract :
In the present work, we have developed high-moment Fe65Co35 (=FeCo)/Co thin films. A remarkable reduction in coercivity Hc and well-defined in-plane uniaxial anisotropy were observed by Co underlayer. The magnetic properties of the films were measured with a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). Structural properties were examined with an X-ray diffractometer (XRD).
