Abstract :
The paper is concerned with a counter-measure against ISAR based on the digital image generator, which can recreate the scattering effect of a moving target. By using the phase and amplitude modulation coefficient based on a series of intercepted ISAR chirp signal, the digital image generator generate the output signals which are transmitted with the proper time delay. Finally an ISAR image compression algorithm is presented to reconstruct the image using the generator output pulses to test the effect.
