Abstract :
Having a given number of Wind Turbines that have to be connected to the main electrical power system, this paper analyzes layouts of electrical networks comparing them from the efficiency point of view. Same number of turbines, same type of turbines, same voltage levels, same laying conditions of the cables and same cluster layouts are maintained, but connection of first turbines of the feeders to the substation are modified. For these conditions this paper shows which layout is more efficient taking into account the power curve of the Wind Farm.
