  • Abstract
The structural properties of the antiphase domain boundaries and their role on the charge ordering of epitaxial Fe3O4(001) film surfaces on the atomic scale is investigated using scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) and spin-polarized STM. The experiments were performed in an ultrahigh vacuum system.
