  • Abstract
    This paper attempts to introduce the concept of cloud computing into simulation and proposes a multi-user collaborating simulation mechanism based on cloud computing. This mechanism is different from the ideology of integrating (with the same language, on the same platform, etc), and embodies the ideology of distributing and collaborating. The mechanism can be implemented in one of the many cloud computing frameworks and we use SVG and ECMAScript techniques to implement system such that the simulation can be done within a web page. One application of such mechanism is a multi-agent simulation where the number of agents can vary at different random time points. Such a multi-agent simulation can be used in an artificial society, where agents are evolving and gaming with each other.
