Abstract
Regardless of whether you are producing a traditional print document, developing online help systems, or designing a home page for the Internet, you still must organize a project team, develop a schedule, and establish a budget. This workshop identifies characteristics of successful projects, involves participants in identifying real world trouble-spots that can sabotage success, and presents some industry “best practices”. This workshop is appropriate for anyone responsible for producing documentation-whether you do it alone, manage an in-house staff, or coordinate outside resources
