Abstract :
In this study, possibility to attain [001] oriented ordered fct FePt films in as deposited state was examined. Addition of H2 during the sputtering of Pt-layers at high substrate temperature Ts condition instead of the post annealing method were performed to attain [001] orientation and ordering of FePt films.
