Abstract :
In order to implement sampling wide band signal, the random sampling method is always taken in designing of the digital storage oscilloscope (DSO). The exact definition of equivalence sampling and random sampling is given in this article. It discusses the realization methods of random sampling and gives a new random sampling method with self calibration capability. With this method, the errors will be reduced as well as the sampling rate is improved.sigma
