Abstract :
Environmentally friendly Fe3O4+δ films are fabricated by high speed (> 100 nm/min) ferrite plating onto polyimide sheets. The films are subjected to scanning electron microscopy observation and complex permeability measurements, and are found to exhibit strong magnetic losses at high frequencies. These will be applicable to GHz conducted noise suppressors.
