Abstract
Magnetic anisotropy fields in Ni-Zn-Co ferrite films are investigated using ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) measurements under external field which saturates magnetization and eliminating the influence of the residual domain structure. The films are spin-spray ferrite plating on glass substrates. In-plane static magnetization curves and permeability spectra are measured using vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and shielded-loop-coil permeance meter, respectively.
