Abstract :
Enhanced magnetic properties of Nd-Fe-B sintered magnet pieces treated and high-performance characteristics of small motors mounting them are reported. A well-defined treatment to enhance the coercivity of Nd-Fe-B sintered magnet pieces is developed and is showing great potential for producing high-performance magnets in higher temperatures.
