  • Abstract
    It is significant to appraise service quality of logistics enterprises.This paper analyzed the factors for service quality of logistics enterprises and constructed an index system for evaluating logistics service quality based on some related literature, then given the method of determining the evaluation indexes weights using triangle fuzzy number, and put forth a comprehensive evaluation model based on fuzzy TOPSIS. Finally, a numerical example shows that the method is effective and feasible.
