Abstract :
A Space Vector Modulated based on Direct Power Control (SVM-DPC) method applied to a AC-DC Converter connected to the unbalanced input voltages was present in this paper. Asymmetrical grid fault is the main reason caused large 2nd harmonic DC voltage ripple and 3nd harmonic Current in AC side, which severely threaten the safety of the power converter. By using three PI-RES Controller to adjust DC voltage and instantaneous power, the paper propose a control scheme that overcomes both these problems and without complex calculation of positive and negative sequences. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, the simulation and experimental results are also presented.
