  • Abstract
    In this paper, an integrated (low temperature co-fired ceramics) LTCC inductor for low power electronics was fabricated using fine-line patterning process. The inductor was analyzed in detail to establish the calculation of inductance including the parasitic resistance. A low-profile ferrite core was applied to the inductor to increase the inductance and this was evaluated by using the EM studio tool.
