Abstract :
For the beyond 3G system with multiple heterogeneous RATs, the Radio Resource Management (RRM) considering multiple access network is most important for the service provisions. To guarantee the good user experience, the network selection should consider the QoS requirements of traffics and different access networks´ situations to give the best choice for the users. Based on the proposed handover procedure, the Analytic Hierarchy Process based network selection algorithm (AONA) is proposed in this paper, which uses a scientific method to analyze the optimization network considering the practical scenarios.
